The product: Arc Mirror is software for personal journaling with AI reflection. It is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or any specific therapeutic outcome. Arc is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

Your content: You retain full ownership of everything you write in Arc. We store it, you can export it, you can delete it. See the Privacy policy for detail.

Your account: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One human, one account. Do not share credentials. Lifetime access is granted to the purchasing account, not transferable between people.

Refunds: 7-day refund window, no questions asked, per the Refund policy page.

Shutdown commitment: If Arc Mirror is ever shut down, we commit to 60 days notice and a final data export for every active user. The code will be released under an open-source license so anyone can keep running their own instance.

Acceptable use: No illegal content, no harassment of other users, no automated scraping of our services beyond your own account data export.
